Details Itineray

Day 1: Kathmandu to Pokhara(827m)

Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara for 5-6 hours or fly for 25-30 minutes. Then, you will arrive at Pokhara, which is 827m above sea level, and have enough time to relax along the lakeside in this peaceful atmosphere with stunning views of Phewa Lake and surrounding peaks.

Day 2: Pokhara to Tikhedhunga(1,570m)

This day drives from Pokhara to Nayapul, the starting point of this trek. You finally reach Tikhedhunga, which is at an elevation of 1,570m. It takes 4 to 5 hours. Day two offers stunning views of the farmland terraces and river banks along Modi Khola.

Day 3: Ulleri to Ghorepani(2,874m)

5-6 hours of walk from Ulleri to Ghorepani, You will first climb 3,300 stone steps then enter lush rhododendron forests that get painted in different colors in spring. The arrival at Ghorepani is surrounded by the views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges.

Day 4: Poonhill Sunrise and Trek to Tadapani(3,210m)

Early in the morning, go up to Poon Hill, for one of the most iconic sunrises of Nepal afterward, go down to Ghorepani for breakfast and continue again through scenic forests to reach Tadapani with close-up views of the Machhapuchhre (Fishtail)which will take 4-5 hours.

Day 5: Tadapani to Jhinu Danda (Hot Spring) (1,780m)

The trail from Tadapani descends for 5-6 hours through thick forests and small rivers down to Jhinu Danda, which is 1,780m above sea level. Jhinu is famous for its natural hot springs, and this is a great opportunity to relax in the soothing thermal waters beside the riverside.

Day 6: Jhinu Danda to Nayapul and Return to Pokhara(827m)

On the last day of the trek, you go downhill towards Nayapul for a 4-5 hours trek passing a few terraced fields and small villages. Later, you drive to Pokhara and spend the rest of the day at leisure in this peaceful lakeside town.

Day 7: Drive or fly back to Kathmandu from Pokhara

On the last day, you will be back in Kathmandu. This is the end of the 7-day memorable journey in one of the most panoramic trekking routes of Nepal with Poonhill trekking.
